Hatching Eggs Policy

At Cluck It All Farms, we understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with hatching eggs. We strive to provide the highest quality hatching eggs from our well-cared-for flock. Our breeding stock is nourished with a specially formulated high-quality breeder feed to ensure the health of our birds and the quality of our hatching eggs.

However, please note the following:

• Hatch Rate: We do not guarantee the hatch rate of shipped eggs. Several factors can influence hatch rates, including, but not limited to, shipping damage, variations in incubation conditions, and humidity levels. These factors are beyond our control once the eggs leave our farm.
• Shipping Protection: If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, we will replace eggs one time only.
• Extra Eggs: We aim to include extra eggs in orders when available, but we cannot guarantee extras in every shipment.
• Refunds: Due to the variables affecting hatch rates that are beyond our control, we do not offer refunds for poor hatch rates.

Chicks Policy

Bringing new life into your coop is a delightful experience. We ensure that all chicks leaving our farm are healthy and well-prepared for their journey. However, there are several policies to be aware of:

• Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for chicks once they have been shipped. The handling of chicks during shipping and their brooding conditions upon arrival are out of our control.
• Extras: Extras are included in shipments when and if they are available.

Cancellations & Prep Fee

When you place a chick order, we immediately begin preparing for your hatch. This includes selecting eggs, reserving incubator space, and committing time and resources specific to your order.

• Cancellations made more than 3 weeks before your scheduled ship date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of your scheduled ship date will incur a $10 non-refundable prep fee. This fee covers the labor, materials, and incubation prep already invested in your order.

This fee is automatically added at checkout when you purchase chicks.

Note: This fee applies per order, not per chick or breed.

We are a preservation-based farm, not a mass-production facility. Once we set eggs, those chicks are on their way—and we’re fully invested in the process.
