Yes you can. If you need to return or exchange your item, please notify us within 7 days of when you received your package so we can start the process. If you do not let us know within the 7-day time frame, then, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return/exchange. You can find our Return Policy Here.

No, we currently only ship to US addresses.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system. If you cannot find your email, you can login to your account, if you created one and find it there.

Our farm is located near Delta, OH. We do not allow visitors for biosecurity reasons. Currently, we do not have a regular storefront and operate only online.

Hatching Eggs & Chicks

You can find our chicken breeds here. For hatching eggs, choose the ship date and quantity you would like. We do send extra if they are available at shipping time. Extra eggs are not guaranteed.

You can find our breeds here. Chicks will be available sporadically. If you would like to be notified when we open orders, please click on the "Notify Me When Available" link on the specific breed you are interested in. You will receive an email when preorders open.

There are many factors that can go into hatch rate. Handling of eggs, quality of incubator, temperature consistency, humidity consistency all play a part. Shipping eggs is a gamble. We do not guarantee hatch rate on any shipped eggs because once the package leaves our property, we have no control over how it is handled. We feed a high quality breeder feed along with a vitamin supplement to ensure the health of our flock and their offspring. We do not offer eggs for sale until we have hatched some ourselves and know that our cocks are doing their job. Once we know that we have a good hatch rate on our farm, then our eggs are offered for sale to the public.

When you receive hatching eggs, be sure to take a photo of the outside of the box before you open it. Once opened, take a photo of the contents before you open the cartons. Open your cartons and unpackage your eggs, taking relevant photos. If the package is undamaged on the outside, but eggs are broken, we will gladly replace them. If the box is damaged badly enough that it damaged the eggs, we will be happy to ship more eggs at a discount.

We do not offer refunds on hatching eggs unless we are not able to replace them. We do not replace extra eggs.


Currently you can subscribe to biweekly or monthly deliveries of chicken treats, some health products, and The HEN PICKED Box. These items are available for subscription.

You can change or cancel your subscription by logging into your account and find your subscription. If you have trouble, please contact us and we can do it for you.
