Hey there from Cluck It All Farms! It’s Tina, and I’m thrilled to catch up with you as we wrap up the 2024 breeding season. Even though it’s still the heart of summer, with the farm bustling under the warm August sun, there’s already that slight hint in the air that soon we'll be shifting gears. I want to take a moment to share with you the highs and the lessons of this season and spill some beans on what we’re cooking up for the next few months.
Reflecting on Our Breeding Season
Every year, breeding season is like riding a rollercoaster—full of ups, downs, and a whole lot of learning curves. This year, each of our landrace breeds, from the robust Hedemoras to the colorful Shetland Hens, continued to amaze us. We’ve tweaked our processes, learned a ton, and seen some great results, especially with our Swedish Flower chicks, who are thriving like never before!
While it’s always a bit sad to see the breeding season wind down, it’s also rewarding to look back at all the new little lives we’ve helped bring into the world. Each chick that grows into a healthy adult is a win for us and for the preservation of these precious breeds.
Sharing Our Passion
As many of you know, we don’t offer tours or open visits to our farm. Our priority has always been the well-being of our chickens and maintaining biosecurity to keep them safe and healthy. But we’ve been dreaming up new ways to bring you closer to our feathered friends and share the everyday joys and realities of farm life.
That’s why we’re working towards opening a storefront—think of it as a gateway to our world. Here, you’ll get to meet some of our breeds in person, learn about their unique characteristics, and really see why we’re so passionate about preserving these wonderful animals.

From delicious treats that our breeds go crazy for, to practical feeders and waterers, and other must-have essentials, we’ve got you covered.
