How to Use

Stuff leafy greens, herbs, hay, or appropriately sized pieces of vegetables through the openings. Set the ball on a relatively flat area of the coop or run and let your flock investigate.

Some chickens will understand the assignment immediately. Others may need to watch the smart chicken figure it out first.

Rinse with warm water after use and wash with mild soap as needed. Allow it to dry completely before filling it again.

If you're filling the ball with foods outside your flock's regular ration, remember those extras count as treats. Keep treats to no more than 10% of the overall diet and provide a complete, balanced poultry feed and fresh water.
