We don’t hatch basic. Neither should you.

Every chick's a critic. Better make it a good one.

Grab the exact gear you need, or get a CluckKit™ and let us do the thinking—either way, your flock wins.

Because mediocre gear doesn't survive the coop—or Clancy.

It’s not just mugs and tees—it’s emotional support merch for people who LOVE landrace chickens.

Treat yourself. The chickens already did.

Chickens with backbone. Keepers with taste.

QuikClean™ Chick Brooder

Give your chicks a safe, cozy start—without the cleanup drama. QuikClean™ pairs sturdy galvanized steel with smart airflow and easy access so you can raise healthy birds and still drink your coffee while it’s hot.

Who It’s For

New keepers setting up their first brooder, seasoned hatchers who want faster cleanouts, and anyone who prefers durable, hose-and-go gear over fussy plastic.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Built to last: Galvanized steel body shrugs off spills, scrubs clean fast.

  • Room to grow: Spacious footprint for eat–sleep–chaos cycles (without pile-ups).

  • Heat your way: Works with a heat lamp or a plate (≤12″ × 12″).

  • Secure & simple: High sides help block drafts; easy access for feed/water swaps.

Size & Capacity

  • Assembled: 39″ L × 19″ W × 24″ H

  • Interior floor: 37″ L × 17.5″ W × 9.5″ H

  • Flock size: Up to 30 chicks with a heat lamp or up to 20 chicks with a heat plate (≤12″ × 12″)

Heat Options

  • Heat lamp: Mount securely with proper clearance and a ceramic socket; use a brooder thermometer.

  • Heat plate (≤12″): Adjust legs so chicks can brush backs on the plate; raise as they grow.

How to Use

  1. Set the stage: Level surface, add 2–3″ of dry bedding; place feed/water away from the heat.

  2. Dial it in: Aim for 95°F at chick height on day 1; drop ~5°F each week.

  3. Space matters: Add a low perch or a small hide so timid chicks can escape traffic.

  4. Watch behavior: Huddling = cold; edge-lurking/panting = hot; scattered/active = just right.

Cleaning & Care

  • Spot-scoop daily; full refresh 1–2× weekly.

  • Wipe steel with mild soap or dilute white vinegar; dry thoroughly to prevent rust spots.

  • Keep cords elevated and out of peck range. Retire any cracked or frayed heat gear immediately.

Shipping & Timing

Ships with your farm-supply order. If your cart includes print-on-demand gear, those items ship separately.
