This 12V Poultry Water Heater Base sits underneath compatible round poultry drinkers and provides 28 watts of gentle heat to help keep water available when winter temperatures drop.

Adjustable holders fit round drinkers up to 12.6 inches in diameter, while an insulated underside helps direct heat toward the waterer instead of the floor.

Basically, it's a heated coaster for your chicken waterer.

Instead of switching to an entirely different winter watering system, set a compatible round plastic or metal drinker directly on the heating surface.

The adjustable yellow holders secure around the waterer so it stays properly positioned on the base, and the included adapter powers the 12V heating element.

With a manufacturer-rated operating range down to -4°F, it's made for keeping compatible poultry waterers working through cold-weather chores without hauling frozen waterers back to the house.

Setup & Care

Place the heater base on a stable, level, dry surface in a protected location. Adjust the holders to fit your waterer, then position the waterer so its bottom makes proper contact with the heated surface.

Route the cord where birds can't peck, pull, or become tangled in it. Keep the AC adapter and electrical connections dry and protected, and plug into a properly installed GFCI-protected outlet according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Don't cover the heater base with bedding or other material.

Before cleaning, unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and inspect the base, cord, adapter, and holders regularly for damage.
