The Little Giant Nesting Poultry Waterer Base attaches to the compatible 1-gallon Little Giant waterer jar to create a simple gravity-fed waterer for your flock.

This base uses a lug-style connection designed to attach securely to the compatible Little Giant 1-gallon poultry waterer jar.

Once assembled and inverted, water flows from the reservoir into the drinking trough as needed.

The plastic construction is lightweight, won't rust, and is easy to wash when chickens inevitably manage to get something in the water five minutes after you cleaned it.

How to Use

Fill the compatible 1-gallon jar with fresh water.

Attach the base securely to the jar, then carefully invert the assembled waterer and place it on a firm, level surface.

Positioning the waterer slightly above the bedding can help reduce the amount of litter and debris chickens kick into the trough, as long as your birds can comfortably reach the water.

Check the water daily and clean the jar and base regularly with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly before refilling.
