My Cozy Nest™ Chicken Nesting Box

My Cozy Nest™ gives them a pretty convincing option. The blackout curtain creates a darker, sheltered laying space while side ventilation grids keep air moving through the nest. A sturdy non-slip perch gives hens an easy way in, and the rounded top discourages them from turning the roof into yet another place to sleep and poop.

Size & Setup

The My Cozy Nest™ measures approximately 11.2" x 13.2" x 17".

Mount it securely to a flat wall inside your chicken coop and add clean nesting material. The manufacturer recommends wood shavings, buckwheat husks, or chopped straw.

When the box needs a good cleaning, remove it from its wall mounting, clean it, let it dry, add fresh nesting material, and put it back.

Then wait for three hens to line up outside while another sits inside doing absolutely nothing.

Because apparently reservations are required.
