Backyard Chicken® Health Pack 3-Step Poultry Health System

5 items left

Apparently even chicken water has an order of operations.

The Backyard Chicken® Health Pack combines three products into one poultry wellness system: Oxy E-100 for drinking water sanitation, HealthyFlock® Tabs for probiotic, prebiotic, and enzyme support, and Zyfend® A for digestive support.

All three are used through your flock's drinking water, but don't just dump everything in the waterer at once and call it good. Oxy E-100 goes first.

There's a system here, people.

Three Products, Three Different Jobs

Oxy E-100 is the water-care part of the system. It contains 5% chlorine dioxide and is used to help sanitize poultry drinking water and water systems.

HealthyFlock® Tabs are the everyday gut-support part of the program. They contain probiotics, prebiotics, enzymes, egg protein, and yucca to help maintain normal gastrointestinal health.

Zyfend® A combines yucca, fermentation extracts, enzymes, and essential oils to support normal digestive health. You may also see Zyfend A sold or described by retailers as a natural poultry dewormer or chicken wormer. The manufacturer currently classifies Zyfend A as an all-natural nutritional supplement for digestive support rather than an anthelmintic drug.

So these aren't three versions of the same supplement stuffed into a box.

Each one has a job.

See? Order of operations.

Turns out seventh-grade math was preparing us for chickens all along.

How Long Does One Pack Last?

Each component provides enough product to treat up to approximately 90 gallons of drinking water when used according to its individual directions.

The manufacturer estimates one Backyard Chicken® Health Pack can support approximately 25 chicks for around 50 days. Actual duration will vary with flock size, bird age, weather, water consumption, and how frequently water is replaced.

The Backyard Chicken Health Pack is not a substitute for a complete poultry ration, clean housing, good flock management, or veterinary care when a bird is sick.

It's a straightforward system for taking care of three things chicken keepers deal with every day: water quality, gut support, and digestion.

Because the chickens already provide enough chaos.

Their water routine doesn't need to.
