When your hens are laying faster than you're eating eggs, the refrigerator can get out of hand pretty quickly.
This 4-tier rolling egg rack keeps up to 30 eggs organized without stacking cartons all over the fridge. Load fresh eggs from the back and the beveled tracks use gravity to gently roll the next eggs forward as you remove them from the front.
That makes it easy to use your older eggs first without playing “Which carton did I collect these from?”
It's also compact enough to use in the refrigerator, cabinet, or on the countertop, depending on how you store your eggs.
Place the rack on a level, stable surface and load your eggs so they can roll toward the front of each tier. Take eggs from the front and add newly collected eggs behind the older ones.
Gravity handles the rest.
Well, most of it. You still have to collect the eggs.
Wipe clean with mild soap and a damp cloth, then dry completely before adding eggs again. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that may scratch the plastic.
