Product Tester Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the Cluck It All Farms Product Tester Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are designed to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for all involved.

2. EligibilityTo participate in the Peck & Tell Panel, applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old
Reside in the United States
Currently own and actively manage a backyard chicken flock

Participation is limited to those selected by Cluck It All Farms based on availability and alignment with product testing needs.

3. Program Overview As a product tester, you will receive products to test and provide feedback on. These products may include new and existing chicken supplies and accessories. Your honest and constructive feedback is invaluable and will help us improve our offerings.

4. Product Testing Responsibilities

Testers are expected to use the products as intended and provide feedback within the specified timeframe using the forms and methods provided by Cluck It All Farms.
Feedback must be constructive, honest, and comply with any guidelines provided by Cluck It All Farms.
Photos and/or video must be provided. These photos need to be of you or your chickens using the products depending on what is appropriate for the product.

Product Testing Guidelines

You agree to test products in accordance with their provided instructions.
You acknowledge that any misuse or unsafe modification of a product is at your own risk.
Feedback must be honest, constructive, and based on your real experience.
Your participation does not guarantee continued inclusion in future panel rounds.

5. Ownership and Rights

All products provided will remain the property of Cluck It All Farms until otherwise stated. Testers may be required to return the products at the request of Cluck It All Farms. Testers will know before they accept an item if it is to be returned.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements provided by testers become the intellectual property of Cluck It All Farms.

6. Content Submission & Usage AgreementBy participating in the Peck & Tell Panel, you agree to the following:

You are required to submit at least one clear photo or video showing your flock interacting with the product.
All submitted content (photos, videos, reviews, written feedback) may be used by Cluck It All Farms for marketing purposes.
Usage may include but is not limited to: social media platforms, emails, website content, printed materials, and promotional campaigns.
Cluck It All Farms reserves the right to crop, edit, or adapt submitted content for clarity, formatting, or promotional needs, while preserving the context of your submission.
You will not receive additional financial compensation beyond any products, discounts, or perks provided for participation.
By submitting content, you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant Cluck It All Farms a royalty-free, perpetual license to use it.

7. Confidentiality Testers may receive information and products that are confidential and proprietary to Cluck It All Farms. Testers agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without the express written consent of Cluck It All Farms.

8. No Compensation Participation in the Product Tester Program is voluntary. Testers will not receive monetary compensation. Benefits such as free products, discounts, access to exclusive products, or other non-monetary incentives may be provided at the discretion of Cluck It All Farms.

9. Termination Participants may withdraw from the Product Tester Program at any time by notifying Cluck It All Farms in writing. Cluck It All Farms also reserves the right to remove a tester from the program at any time without cause.

10. Changes to Terms Cluck It All Farms reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Limitation of Liability Cluck It All Farms is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Product Tester Program or from products provided.

12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
