If you're wondering what this whole Coop Credit thing is, you're in the right place.
Coop Credit is just our fancy name for store credit. We could've called it "store credit," but where's the fun in that?
Instead of asking you to wait around for the next sale, we'd rather reward you every time you shop.
When you buy products that earn Coop Credit, your Nest Egg grows. Then you can use that Coop Credit on a future order.
Simple.
Many of our products earn 3% Coop Credit.
If a product qualifies, you'll see a yellow Coop Credit box right above the Add to Cart button showing exactly how much you'll earn.

That Coop Credit goes into your Nest Egg and is good for 1 year.
Please note: Coop Credit does not show up in your account until your item ships.
Every now and then, we'll run Bonus Coop Credit promotions where qualifying products earn even more Coop Credit.
It's one of our favorite ways to surprise people, so keep an eye on your inbox. You never know when your Nest Egg might get a little extra love.
You can check your Coop Credit anytime by logging into your customer account. Your Nest Egg will show at the top of the page with your Coop Credit balance.
To see how much Coop Credit you've earned:

Farther down on your account page, under payment methods, you will see "Payment Methods" and it will show a Store Credit (boring, right?!) with a balance. That is your Coop Credit.

Coop Credit is simply store credit with a better name. It is real money that can be spent on products in our store.
Your Nest Egg is just our fun name for the space in your account where your Coop Credit lives until you're ready to use it.
Easy. If a product earns Coop Credit, you'll see exactly how much right on the product page in a yellow box above the add to cart button.
Your regular 3% Coop Credit is good for 1 year.
Any promotional Coop Credit will have different expirations.
Absolutely!
The next time you shop, your available Store Credit (aka Coop Credit) can be applied to qualifying purchases during checkout.
Easy peasy.
"A full Nest Egg is a beautiful thing. An empty one just means it's time to start shopping again."
