Chickens have an impressive talent for getting hurt on things you didn't even know were sharp.
Curicyn® Original Wound & Skin Care Formula is a ready-to-use wound and skin spray for chickens and other animals. It can be used on open wounds, punctures, lacerations, scrapes, irritated skin, and other external wound and skin issues.
The non-stinging formula can be used around sensitive areas including the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, making it especially handy for the awkward places chickens tend to injure.
No mixing. No rinsing. Just one very useful bottle to have in the chicken first aid kit before you need it.
Curicyn Original Formula helps cleanse and soothe wounds and skin while supporting the healing process. The manufacturer describes it as non-toxic, pH-balanced, hypoallergenic, antibiotic-free, and steroid-free. It's safe for use on chickens and other animals and will not sting or burn when applied as directed.
Use it for:
Purified Anolyte 99%, Hypochlorous Acid 0.001%, Potassium Iodide 0.013%, Proprietary Ingredient <1%.
Remove visible debris and dirt from the affected area and shake well before use.
Saturate the affected area with Curicyn Original Formula. For smaller or sensitive areas, the formula may be applied using a swab or cotton ball.
Repeat application 3 to 5 times daily or until the condition is resolved. If bandaging is necessary, saturate the clean dressing with Curicyn when changing the bandage. No rinsing is necessary.
For external animal use only. Discontinue use and contact your veterinarian if an adverse reaction develops. Serious wounds, uncontrolled bleeding, deep injuries, signs of significant infection, or a bird whose overall condition is declining need appropriate veterinary attention.
Hopefully it sits in your chicken first aid kit collecting dust.
But chickens are chickens, so keep it somewhere you can find it.
