The Gemini Trough Chick Feeder gives your little flock easy access to crumble through a covered trough design, with a top that slides completely off when it's time to fill or clean it.
Nothing complicated. Which is nice, because the chicks are providing plenty of complications already.
Choose the 11" Gemini for smaller setups or the 20" version when you've got more little beaks gathered around the feeder.
Place the feeder on a stable, level surface where your chicks can comfortably reach the feeding openings. As they grow, adjust the setup as needed so the feeder remains easy for them to access.
Check regularly for wet or contaminated feed, bedding, droppings, and accumulated fines. To clean, slide off the top, empty the feeder, and wash with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before adding fresh feed.
Slide the top off. Clean the feeder. Slide it back on.
