Built for More Than Chickens

The three-leg stand raises the drinking trough above the surrounding ground, which can help reduce the amount of bedding and debris birds kick into the water.

Its deeper trough also gives larger poultry easier access than waterers designed specifically around smaller chicken-sized drinking areas.

Use & Care

Set the waterer on a stable, level surface where all birds can comfortably reach the trough.

Provide fresh water daily and check it frequently, especially when ducks are using it because...ducks.

Clean whenever the reservoir or trough becomes dirty or contaminated. Wash with mild soap and water, scrub buildup as needed, and rinse thoroughly before refilling.

In hot weather, keeping the waterer shaded can help limit water heating. During freezing weather, switch to an appropriate winter watering setup.
