Scatter some around the run and give your flock something worth hunting for, add a few to an appropriate treat toy, mix them into another flock-friendly treat, or hand them out individually if you'd like to experience what it's like to suddenly have far too many best friends.

With a minimum 30% crude protein and calcium ranging from 0.85% to 1.35%, these little bugs pack quite a bit into one very weird-looking snack.

How to Serve

Scatter a few around the run or another clean, dry area and let your flock hunt them down. You can also add them to an appropriate treat dispenser, mix them with other flock-friendly goodies, or hand-feed them when bribery seems like the most efficient solution.

Reseal the bag after use and store it somewhere cool, dry, and protected from pests.

Like all treats, this is the fun stuff, not dinner. Treats should make up no more than 10% of your flock's diet, with a complete, balanced poultry feed doing the heavy lifting and fresh water always available.
