Support for Hatchers

New to hatching? No problem! We’re here to help with expert guidance and support throughout the incubation process. Whether you're a seasoned breeder or a first-time hatcher, we’ll provide the resources and answers you need.

Disclaimer: Please be aware that while Cluck It All Farms takes every precaution to ensure the highest quality of our hatching eggs, several factors can impact the hatch rate and development of embryos. These include incubation practices, handling during shipment, and the environment in which eggs are incubated. While our eggs have a 90% hatch rate under controlled farm conditions, variations can occur during transit such as detached air cells, which may affect the hatchability. We are committed to transparency and quality but cannot guarantee specific outcomes once eggs leave our farm. For best results, we recommend following our detailed hatching guide and contacting us for any queries or support needed throughout your hatching journey.

By purchasing our hatching eggs or chicks you agree to our Hatching Eggs and Chicks Terms of Service Policy.

The packaging was nice, yet no eggs showed life and one had blood ring

The packaging was nice, the advertising swag was cool. The eggs were not viable- 1 showed early death ring while the majority of the eggs were small and showed no fertility; and did not develop. Will most likely never buy eggs from company again and would be interested in live chicks if the shipping wasn’t so much money.

Thank you so much for your honest review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your hatch didn’t go as hoped. We know how heartbreaking it can be to invest time and care into incubating eggs, only to be disappointed.

We take great pride in sending out clean, carefully packed, and freshly collected eggs from healthy, high-quality landrace breeding stock. However, once those eggs are in the hands of the shipping carrier, they're exposed to a number of factors outside our control—like rough handling, vibrations, or temperature swings—that can damage the blastoderm (the part of the egg that becomes a chick). Sadly, this kind of internal damage isn't visible and can prevent development, even in perfectly fertile eggs.

We talk more about this in a blog post:

That said, we understand that shipped eggs aren’t for everyone—and we do offer live chicks as an alternative. We hear you on the shipping costs, and while we’re always looking for ways to reduce them, we never cut corners on biosecurity, heat packs, or safe packaging.

If you ever decide to give chicks a try, feel free to reach out—we’d love to help you build a flock that thrives.
