Thank you for choosing theEggsplorer GPS Tracker to ensure the safe and traceable delivery of your shipment. This Terms of Service and Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions associated with renting the tracker. By adding the tracker to your order, you agree to the following:
TheEggsplorer GPS Tracker is rented to you for the sole purpose of tracking your shipment.
A $20 rental fee is charged at the time of checkout, which includes a $10 refundable deposit.
The tracker must be returned toCluck It All Farms using the prepaid return envelope provided with your shipment.
The tracker is to be used only for tracking shipments facilitated byCluck It All Farms.
You agree to handle the tracker with care and return it in the condition it was received.
The $10 deposit included in the rental fee will be refunded once the tracker is returned toCluck It All Farms in good condition.
The tracker must be returned within7 days of delivery to qualify for a deposit refund.
If the tracker is not returned within the specified timeframe or is returned damaged, the deposit will be forfeited.
Include the tracker in the prepaid return envelope provided with your shipment.
Ensure the envelope is dropped off at your local post office within the 7-day return window.
Refunds for deposits will be processed within5 business days of receipt and inspection of the tracker.
In the event the tracker is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reuse, you will forfeit the $10 deposit.
Additional charges may apply if the cost of replacing the tracker exceeds the deposit.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor your package in real-time.
Ensure that the email provided at checkout is accurate to receive updates promptly.
Cluck It All Farms is not responsible for delays or errors in the GPS tracking system caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to service interruptions, network issues, or carrier delays.
This agreement terminates upon the return of the tracker and successful refund of your deposit, or if the deposit is forfeited as outlined in this agreement.
Cluck It All Farms reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be made available on our website, and continued use of the tracker constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
