Manna Pro Poultry Protector Spray 16oz

2 items left

Not every creepy-crawly situation needs to start with the heavy artillery.

Manna Pro® Poultry Protector is an all-natural, non-toxic spray made for chicken keepers looking for an alternative to conventional chemical pest treatments. It helps protect poultry and their living areas from mites, lice, fleas, and ticks and can be sprayed directly on birds as well as around the coop.

No mixing. No powder floating around the coop. Just grab the bottle, move some feathers, and make sure the spray actually reaches the skin where it needs to go.

Because spraying the top of a chicken's feathers and hoping for the best isn't much of a pest-control strategy.

A Different Option for Poultry Mites & Lice

Poultry Protector gives chicken keepers a non-toxic option for managing external pests without permethrin or other conventional insecticide treatments.

For best results on birds, Manna Pro directs keepers to move the feathers aside so the product thoroughly coats the skin, concentrating application on the chest, behind the head, under the wings, and around the vent. Keep the spray away from the eyes.

It can also be used throughout the poultry living area and surrounding grounds, so you're not focusing exclusively on the chicken while ignoring the environment around her.

How to Use

For birds, spray the chest, behind the head, under the wings, and around the vent. Move feathers aside as needed so the spray reaches and thoroughly coats the skin. Keep spray away from the eyes. Manna Pro states that Poultry Protector may be applied directly to birds as often as desired.

For the coop, remove the bedding and spray the habitat, including the top, sides, and surrounding ground, with a fine mist. Replace with fresh bedding before putting the birds back. For best results, the manufacturer recommends treating the living area and surrounding grounds every other day during the first week and once weekly afterward.

Poultry Protector is not recommended for birds under 10 days old or for extremely old or debilitated birds because getting them wet may contribute to chilling and additional stress.

Always follow the current product directions.

Mites and lice already make chicken keeping irritating enough.
