I have to admit when I got this treat I was a little skeptical before receiving it. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at its size as it was bigger than I expected. I hung the treat in my coop and it didn’t get much action the first day but over the next few days I could definitely see it sparked the interest in my flock and 3 days later I removed an empty string. Clearly they loved it. I was happy with it and so were the girls.

My flock of 20 loved this for a nice treat activity. Since my flock free ranges mainly, enrichment in the run is needed on bad weather days. This allowed my crew to be happy while rains kept them close the coop.
My hens devoured the peck a grub chicken treat. It's nice to be able to tie it up in the air so they have to do a little work for their treat. The only negative (which really isn't one) is that it didn't last long but then then again that's to be expected when you have 30 hens!
The Peck A Grub was amazing. My flock was a little worried of the swinging item I put in their coop. After a day however it was a hit. It was large and lasted about a week with my 8 bantams. I also had it low enough for my quail to get and they loved it. It didn't fall apart and will be a month treat for my flock.
