This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Cluck It All Farms (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) rents poultry incubators and optional accessories to customers (“Renter,” “you,” or “your”). By placing a rental order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.
We rent the following equipment:
Borotto Lumia 8
Borotto Lumia 16
Borotto Real 24
Borotto Real 49
Nurture Right 360
Borotto Sirio Automatic Humidity Pump (available only with Borotto incubators)
All equipment is thoroughly sanitized, inspected for functionality, and includes setup instructions.
Standard rental period is 21 calendar days (3 weeks), beginning on the date of customer receipt (via pickup or shipping delivery).
Extensions are available at a rate of $10.00 per additional day, subject to availability.
Units must be returned or postmarked for return within 3 days of rental period end to avoid late fees.

Rental fees are non-refundable once the unit has been shipped or picked up.
Security deposits are refundable upon return of the unit in clean, functional, and complete condition.
Deductions may be made for missing parts, damage, late return, or failure to properly clean and package the unit.
By accepting the rental, you agree to:
Use the incubator and/or accessories indoors on a flat, stable surface
Operate the equipment in accordance with the provided instructions
Avoid any disassembly, unauthorized modification, or neglectful operation
Clean and dry the incubator before return using the cleaning checklist provided
Return the incubator with all original components (trays, lids, cords, etc.)
You accept full responsibility for the proper use, care, and timely return of the equipment.
⚠️ Tampering with or disassembling control panels, fans, electronics, or internal components of the incubator or humidity pump will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
This includes removing screws, opening any top panel, or attempting internal repairs.
Cluck It All Farms is not liable for:
Hatch failures due to user error, environmental factors, or power interruptions
Injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use or mishandling
Delays, losses, or damage caused by shipping carriers (for both outgoing and return shipping)
The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the incubator and any eggs or animals involved.
All rentals must be:
Returned within the 3-day grace period following the rental term
Packaged securely in original or equivalent protective materials
Cleaned, dried, and free of debris or contaminants
Failure to meet return standards may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
Full refund if canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled shipping or pickup
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of shipping/pickup date
No refunds on early returns or unused rental time
Renters may request to purchase the rented incubator. If available for sale, the rental fee may be applied toward the purchase price. Purchase requests must be made before the rental term ends.
